Permasalahan di Desa Lemahireng yaitu masih terbatasnya sarana stimulasi edukatif bagi anak dan pendamping, terutama media pembelajaran berbasis Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE). Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pendidik PAUD, kader posyandu, dan orang tua dalam memahami penggunaan APE sebagai media pembelajaran anak usia dini serta mendukung Program Desa Ramah Perempuan dan Peduli Anak (DRPPA).Metode pelaksanaan meliputi: (1) observasi kebutuhan lapangan, (2) penyusunan dan pembuatan APE berbahan lokal, (3) pelatihan penggunaan APE, dan (4) evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, terdapat peningkatan signifikan pemahaman peserta mengenai fungsi, manfaat, dan teknik penggunaan APE. Nilai rata-rata pre-test peserta adalah 57,8 dan meningkat menjadi 89,6 pada post-test, dengan peningkatan capaian sebesar 31,8 poin. Selain itu, peserta menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan praktik dalam stimulasi perkembangan anak pada aspek kognitif, bahasa, motorik, dan sosial-emosional.Kegiatan pelatihan APE mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pendamping anak sekaligus mendukung implementasi program DRPPA di Desa Lemahireng.
