Pemberdayaan petani kopi menuju Kopi Specialty Berbasis GAP dan GMP

The 2025 Kosabangsa Program aims to empower coffee farmers and specialty coffee–processing MSME actors in Lembang Rinding Kila through the integrated implementation of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), environmentally friendly biotechnological innovations, and post-harvest standards based on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The program adopts a comprehensive approach encompassing community socialization, technical training, technology application, continuous mentoring and evaluation, as well as sustainability-oriented strategies. The results demonstrate a substantial enhancement in partner capacity. Coffee productivity and quality improved markedly through the adoption of GAP; the local production and field application of indigenous Trichoderma-based biofungicides were successfully implemented on ≥2 hectares of farmland; and the use of chemical fertilizers was reduced by up to 60%. In the processing sector, the implementation of GMP-based Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the utilization of appropriate processing equipment, and the adoption of digital marketing strategies significantly enhanced product quality, production capacity, and market access. Regular mentoring facilitated the sustained adoption of environmentally sound practices, including the conversion of agricultural waste into compost and the strengthening of partners’ operational self-reliance. Overall, this intervention reinforces individual competencies, local institutional capacity, and community-based economic sustainability. The program findings indicate that the integration of technical, managerial, and marketing dimensions can generate an inclusive, productive, and sustainable empowerment model for agriculture-based communities and MSME.
