Penguatan Manajemen Risiko dan Efisiensi Operasional pada Event Organizer Di CV RAP Padukarya

CV RAP PADUKARYA is an event organizer and tour & travel provider in Medan facing challenges in risk mitigation and operational efficiency. Through a community service program using a participatory approach, activities were conducted including proposal drafting, trip budgeting, promotional content design, itinerary planning, and on-site assistance as a General Affair. The program aimed to improve staff understanding of risk management, covering identification, assessment, planning, and implementation of mitigation strategies. In addition, training and mentoring of project officers helped strengthen competencies in communication, leadership, and problem-solving. The results showed increased preparedness in handling operational issues, reduced error risks, and improved client satisfaction. This program made a significant contribution to strengthening the internal capacity of the partner while expanding collaborative networks between educational institutions and local industry players. Consequently, this service initiative promotes greater professionalism and competitiveness of CV RAP PADUKARYA in the event and tourism sector.
