Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a strategic role in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of employee performance. High-quality human resources are the primary driver in achieving organizational goals. This study aims to examine the role of HRM in improving employee performance through a qualitative descriptive approach. The results indicate that empowerment, development, assessment, reward, and career management are crucial aspects of HRM management. Proper application of HRM principles can create a conducive work environment, increase motivation, and maintain employee loyalty. Therefore, successful HRM management directly contributes to the achievement of organizational goals and long-term sustainability.
