Ultraviolet type B (UVB) radiation has been widely utilized in laboratory research applications. This research develops an Arduino Nano-based UVB radiation control system using 310 nm LED as the radiation source. The system is designed to provide precise and controlled exposure dosage through a user interface with a 16x2 LCD display and push buttons. Electronic circuits include LED driver, power control relay, notification buzzer, and integrated power supply in a portable casing. The device can adjust the dosage in mili Joule units with inter-LED spacing of 5 cm and irradiance of 0.2 mW/cm². Functionality testing shows that the system successfully controls exposure time according to the desired dosage with accuracy of 96-97%. This research results in a portable and efficient UVB chamber tool that is easy to use and can be applied in laboratories
