The development of information technology encourages the utilization of web-based systems to improve efficiency in managing information and services. One of its applications is in the reservation system for student activity spaces, which aims to facilitate the booking process and the management of space usage schedules. Previously, the reservation process was carried out manually, making it difficult for users to obtain information about schedule availability and increasing the risk of recording errors. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a web-based information system for reserving student activity spaces. The system development method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which includes the stages of planning, requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system design was modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML), while system testing was conducted using the blackbox testing method. The results show that the developed system is able to provide information on space schedule availability, facilitate the reservation process, and manage booking history in a structured manner, thereby making the reservation process more effective and organized.
