PT X is company develops a food search application, with one of its main initiatives being the Subtype Project. The project aims to categorize thousands of merchants based on the type of food they offer to enhance the accuracy of the search feature. In its execution, interns in the Operations Department play a vital role but often experience burnout due to the repetitive nature of their tasks. This study aims to examine the relationship between job burnout, age, and length of employment on intern performance using multiple linear regression analysis. A quantitative approach was employed to assess the associations among variables statistically. The results indicate that job burnout (X1) has a significant influence on performance (Y), as shown by its significance value of . In contrast, age (X2) with a significance value of , and length of employment (X3) with a significance value of , are not found to have a significant effect on performance (Y). The study concludes that monotonous tasks can reduce work effectiveness, suggesting that the company should design appropriate human resource management strategies to reduce burnout and maintain productivity, particularly in repetitive projects such as the Subtype Project.
