Amid the increasingly intense competition in the construction industry, human resource management has become a crucial factor in improving company efficiency and productivity. This study was conducted at PT SINT Production Unit with the aim of examining the effect of work environment, compensation, and motivation on employee performance. The focus of the study is directed at performance-related issues such as tardiness, absence during morning assemblies, and suboptimal achievement of work targets. Using a quantitative approach, this study applies multiple linear regression analysis to examine the influence of each independent variable, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 32 operational employees. The results of the analysis indicate that all independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Individually, motivation has the greatest contribution, followed by compensation and work environment. These findings provide practical recommendations for management, including the need to improve work motivation, evaluate compensation systems, and enhance working conditions. The study concludes that synergy in managing internal factors can serve as an effective strategy to improve employee performance and company competitiveness. The results also show that work environment, compensation, and motivation significantly affect employee performance with a significance value of < 0.05, with motivation being the most dominant variable.
