Sistem Informasi Monitoring Dan Evaluasi Magang Menggunakan Metode OOAD di PT Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri

Abstract

The monitoring and evaluation of internship activities require well-organized data management to ensure that participants’ activities can be effectively monitored and assessed. However, manual internship management often results in several issues, including unsystematic data recording, difficulties in tracking participant activities, and the lack of an integrated evaluation process. This study was conducted to design and develop an internship monitoring and evaluation information system at PT Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri by applying the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method. The system was developed as a web-based application using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework, while system modeling was carried out using UML. The system provides three user access levels, namely admin, mentor, and participant, to support the management of participant data, mentor data, activity logbooks, feedback, and evaluation processes. The findings indicate that the developed system can support integrated recording, monitoring, and assessment of internship activities. Therefore, the system contributes to a more structured and systematic management of internship activities.
