Perancangan Website Pada Posyandu Silindit dengan Metode Rapid Application Development

Posyandu Silindit in Tegal Rejo Village still uses manual recording methods, causing slow reporting processes and increasing the potential for data loss. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system to support the digitalization of recording, processing, and reporting of Posyandu activities more efficiently. The development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), as it accelerates the system development process and accommodates user needs through iterative prototyping. Data collection was conducted through observations, interviews, and literature studies to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the system requirements. The system was implemented using PHP as the main programming language and MySQL as the database management system, equipped with a user-friendly and responsive interface that can be accessed across various devices.The development results show that all main features—such as baby and toddler data management, weight measurement recording, immunization recording, activity scheduling, and automated report generation—functioned properly based on blackbox testing. The system proved capable of accelerating recording and reporting processes because data is processed automatically without requiring manual rewriting. The system also applies a role-based access mechanism, allowing only posyandu cadres or administrators to access and manage system data, while the public is not granted direct access. Thus, this system effectively enhances data accuracy, speeds up reporting processes, and supports the digitalization of posyandu services.
