The rapid rise of social media has created a significant demand for engaging, informative, and high-quality digital content. However, many individuals and business actors still face limitations in editing skills, particularly in language and grammar aspects. This study focuses on designing and implementing a web-based editorial service that enables students and entrepreneurs to access professional content editing efficiently. The development adopts the Design Thinking to Rapid Prototyping approach through five key phases: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. Each stage prioritizes user needs, to produce an intuitive user interface (UI) and optimal user experience (UX). The system was developed using PHP and MySQL, with functional testing conducted via blackbox testing and usability assessed using the System Usability Scale (SUS). Results indicate that the system offers a simple and user-friendly interface, achieving a SUS score in the “good” category, which reflects high user satisfaction. Consequently, this solution can effectively assist users in producing quality content while enhancing audience engagement on social media.
