Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) plays a crucial role in construction activities, particularly in work performed at heights such as ceiling installation. This study aims to analyze the use of body harnesses as fall protection equipment and the application of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) in identifying hazards and assessing risks during the ceiling installation process in a hospital construction project. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, involving field observations, interviews with workers and safety officers, and project documentation. The results indicate that proper use of body harnesses can reduce potential accidents; however, several issues were identified, including inadequate equipment inspection, uneven worker understanding, and scaffolding conditions that did not fully meet safety standards. Through JSA, major hazards were identified, including fall risks, tripping hazards, and potential injuries from tools and materials. This study recommends increasing routine inspection, strengthening OSH training, and improving the use of personal protective equipment and work-area organization to enhance overall safety performance.
