Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a crucial element in the construction industry due to the high potential for workplace accidents that can hinder productivity and compromise worker safety. This study aims to analyze occupational accident risks using the Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) method and to assess workers’ perceptions of OSH implementation. Primary data were obtained from Job Safety Analysis (JSA) documents, field observations, and Likert scale-based questionnaires distributed to 15 workers. Risk analysis was conducted by evaluating the likelihood and severity to determine risk ratings, while perception data were processed descriptively. The results indicate that most work activities are classified as high-risk, particularly in the separator beam installation stage, which poses extreme risk due to working at heights and high risk from welding sparks. Workers’ perceptions reveal limited understanding of standard operating procedures and general OSH knowledge. This study concludes that OSH implementation in the construction industry must be continuously strengthened through regular training, strict supervision of PPE usage, refinement of SOPs, and improved communication and safety culture in the workplace.
