Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi persepsi guru terhadap implementasi deep learning dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di MTs Diponegoro Kota Blitar, mengingat sekolah ini mencapai keberhasilan implementasi tanpa memenuhi prasyarat teoretis standar seperti pelatihan intensif 100 jam dan pendampingan ahli. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus instrumental, penelitian melibatkan tiga informan kunci: guru bahasa Indonesia, kepala sekolah, dan wakil kurikulum. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Keabsahan data dijamin melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik serta member checking. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi positif dari ketiga stakeholder yang memahami deep learning sebagai pembelajaran mendalam dan bermakna, bukan sekadar aplikasi teknologi. Guru menerapkan pemetaan materi sistematis, strategi kolaboratif dan problem solving, serta memanfaatkan PowerPoint dan Google Classroom secara optimal. Faktor-faktor kontekstual yang memungkinkan keberhasilan meliputi: pemahaman konseptual kuat, pembelajaran melalui praktik dan refleksi berkelanjutan via MGMPS, dukungan kepemimpinan visioner dengan penyediaan fasilitas memadai, supervisi konstruktif, dan kurikulum terstruktur dengan instrumen monitoring jelas. Temuan mengungkap strategi adaptif berbasis komunitas praktik informal sebagai alternatif efektif untuk pelatihan formal yang intensif. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur dengan menawarkan model implementasi deep learning yang lebih inklusif dan applicable bagi sekolah dengan keterbatasan sumber daya, mendukung pencapaian SDGs poin 4 tentang pendidikan berkualitas.
