Abstract

Transformasi pendidikan digital melalui integrasi coding dan Artificial Intelligence (AI) berbasis deep learning menjadi agenda strategis dalam reformasi pendidikan Indonesia. Namun, analisis dokumen kebijakan, data nasional, dan temuan empiris guru menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan signifikan antara ambisi kebijakan dan kesiapan implementasi di tingkat satuan pendidikan. Artikel ini menyajikan kajian kebijakan komprehensif mengenai faktor penghambat dan pendukung implementasi AI Education di Indonesia dengan menggunakan kerangka 5M+1 (Man, Money, Method, Material, Machine, dan Information). Selain itu, kajian ini membandingkan berbagai opsi kebijakan berdasarkan kriteria kebijakan publik, meliputi efektivitas, efisiensi, keadilan, kelayakan, dan keberlanjutan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kurikulum bertahap berbasis Outcome-Based Education (OBE), penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia guru, sistem monitoring dan evaluasi terintegrasi, serta penyusunan roadmap nasional AI Education merupakan paket kebijakan yang paling efektif, feasible, dan berkelanjutan. Artikel ini berkontribusi pada penguatan perumusan kebijakan pendidikan digital berbasis bukti bagi pendidikan dasar dan menengah di Indonesia dalam kontek transformasi pendidikan nasional.
