Development of PMRI-Based Student Worksheets in The Context of The Lubuklinggau Inpres Market to Improve Problem-Solving Ability

Abstract

This study aims to produce PMRI-based Student Worksheets using the context of the Lubuklinggau Inpres Market on the material of arithmetic series and sequences that are valid, practical and effective to improve problem-solving ability. This research using the Plomp development model, which consists of three stages: preliminary research, prototype stage, and assessment phase. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and tests, with the research subjects being 10th grade students of SMA Islam Azhariyah Lubuklinggau. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that Aiken's V from the validation of language experts is 0.94, media experts 0.73, first material experts 0.81 and second material experts 0.83 with a very valid category. In the teacher's practicality test 83.9% and the student's practicality test 90.3% with a very practical category. And the results of the effectiveness test through a test given to 30 participants obtained an N-Gain value of 57,17% said to be queit effective.
