This study examines three components of scientific critical thinking skills of junior high school students in Lebak Regency: learning model, self-efficacy, and their interactions. This study used a quantitative quasi-experimental technique. The sample used was 228 students with Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Self-efficacy data were collected through questionnaires and scientific critical thinking data through essays. The analysis shows that learning model and self-efficacy have a significant influence on scientific critical thinking skills (Sig = 0.000 < 0.05 and F_count = 81.278, F_count = 36.987, and F_count = 14.002, respectively).
