The aim of this research was to investigate 1) the combined effect of logical-mathematical intelligence and self-efficacy on the critical thinking skills of science students in private junior high schools in Bogor Regency, 2) the effect of logical-mathematical intelligence on the critical thinking skills of these students, and 3) the effect of self-efficacy on their critical thinking abilities. The study employed a correlational survey method, with a sample size of 77 randomly selected students. Data was collected through tests and questionnaires distributed directly to the participants. The analysis involved descriptive statistics, including calculations of mean, median, mode, standard deviation, and inferential statistics. The findings revealed: 1) A significant combined influence of logical-mathematical intelligence and self-efficacy on the critical thinking abilities of science students, indicated by a significance value of 0.000 (less than 0.05) and an F-value of 24.041. The contribution of these two factors to critical thinking skills was shown to be 39.4%, while the remaining 60.6% was attributed to other unexamined factors. 2) A significant effect of logical-mathematical intelligence on critical thinking skills in science students, supported by a significance value of 0.000 (less than 0.05) and a t-value of 4.750. 3) A significant effect of self-efficacy on critical thinking skills in science students, evidenced by a significance value of 0.002 (less than 0.05) and a t-value of 3.225.
