Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah media berupa pocket zine sebagai media pendamping terapi self-compassion bagi Generasi Z. Permasalahan kesehatan mental yang dewasa ini menjadi fokus masalah Generasi Z usia sekolah, terutama jenjang SMA dan Perguruan Tinggi memerlukan media pendamping sebagai upaya pemecahan masalah tersebut. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan elemen gamifikasi yang relevan dengan generasi game native diharapkan dapat menjadi pendekatan yang efektif, terutama dalam memberikan pengalaman aktif saat menggunakan media dengan hadirnya elemen permainan. Pemanfaatan pocket zine yang merupakan media pendamping juga diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi praktik self-compassion secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan deep interview dan analisa data untuk menentukan kebutuhan dan user persona yang menjadi target spesifik yaitu rentang usia 16-25 tahun. Metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode 4D yaitu Define (Pendefinisian), Design (Perancangan), Develop (Pengembangan), dan Disseminate (Penyebaran). Hasil dari perancangan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam pengembangan media intervensi psikologis yang inovatif dan relevan dengan karakteristik Generasi Z. Hasil Perancangan media zine diberikan kepada psikolog untuk secara aplikatif dapat diimplementasikan sebagai media pendamping secara langsung dalam praktik klinis maupun konselor.
