Open Access Statement

Jurnal Desain operates on a Gold Open Access model. This means that all published articles are made available online, free of charge, immediately upon publication. There are no subscription fees, registration barriers, or embargo periods.

The journal’s Open Access policy aligns with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), ensuring that the content is freely accessible to anyone, anywhere, permitting users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles.   

This policy is enacted on the principle that making scholarly research freely available to the public fosters a greater global exchange of knowledge and accelerates innovation within the Design discipline.
